Why we're running this

Two reasons. First: HelixKey needs seed users — humans who've actually held $GNV, actually verified their identity, actually done a Cabinet transaction. Second: we want a proof-of-concept for the airdrop use-case we sell in Solutions. Farm-detection built-in. One human = one seat. This is our own dogfood.

10% Marketing bucket (320M total). Welcome Bonus is capped at 7.5M — that's 2.3% of Marketing. Fully budgeted, fully on-chain, no dilution to other allocations.
